Account Manager
Each Luxury Suite or Club Seat holder has the ability to manage their account online through Account Manager. Account Manager gives clients the ability to pay invoices, print or forward tickets or purchase special event tickets. To access Account Manager please follow these instructions:
- Log on to Account Manager with your Account ID and password that was provided. Please call the Premium Seating Service Department if you need help with your ID or password.
- Once you are logged on, you will have the option to View Open Invoices, View Completed Invoices, View Tickets, Print or Email Tickets, Purchase Special Event Tickets or View/Change Account Settings.
- To print or forward tickets, click on Manage Your Tickets, then click on View all of your tickets to upcoming events.
- Find the event and parking for which you would like to print or forward tickets.
- Click on each box next to the seat number or parking number.
- Click Forward to forward the tickets to your email address. You must forward the tickets to an email address to be able to print them (If you want to forward the tickets to someone other than yourself, you will enter their email address instead).
- The email you receive will have a ticket or parking attachment. Print the attachment and bring to the event as this will serve as your ticket or parking for the event.
- PLEASE NOTE - if you forward tickets or parking, the original printed tickets will no longer be valid. If you forward tickets for special events before they are printed and mailed out, you will not receive physical tickets.
